Business Analyst, Revenue Organization

At HiveMQ we are currently in a stage of hyper growth and we’re searching for a process focused and analytically minded business analyst to work closely with our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO.).
The successful candidate will serve as a ‘force multiplier’ and will impact our ability to execute our ambitious growth strategy with strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Your responsibilities
- Support the CRO agenda to transform and scale the business using project management and analytical skills
- Research and segment data to refine focus on HiveMQ’s target accounts globally based on our ideal customer profile (ICP) and manage individual territory apportionment globally
- Support development of presentation content, including presentations for executive meetings, customer meetings, board meetings, and best practice templates for the organization
- Support annual budget planning, headcount and pipeline capacity modeling, quarterly business reviews, and customer executive business review processes
- Help the revenue organization focus, prioritize, and make progress against initiatives with the highest impact on business performance
- Collaborate with the revenue leadership team, and other employees to monitor, analyze and report our performance against established OKRs and KPIs
- Manage operational functions such as account holdovers and transitions, deal splits, and identifying insights based on trends in customer usage.
- Track high priority initiatives, identify and solve obstacles and cascade communications to ensure alignment and collaboration from multiple teams/areas
- Research and form strategic ideas from inception and project management to execution
- Serve as a trusted advisor and representative for the CROThink strategically while providing tactical support to implement ideasProvide decision-support through data gathering, information analyzing, and presenting considerations to relevant stakeholdersChampion a spirit of collaboration and open communications and work across teams to advance organizational goals and engender trust across the company by sharing and developing best practices
You have…
- Minimum 5 years of revenue data analysis in a fast-paced technology startup environment
- Curiosity and a hunger to learn. You are willing to put the work in to acquire new skills as needed.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and understand the importance to lead by example and build sincere relationships in a work environment.
- Motivation, not just for yourself but with the ability to motivate others. If you see something that needs to be done you act.The ability to effectively partner across multiple stakeholders by leveraging communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
