Job Description:
HiveMQ is undergoing a major transformation into a multi-motion, AI-native growth engine. We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to support the sales-led motion. You will be the critical bridge between HiveMQ's platform and our revenue team, translating complex capabilities into the clear, compelling narratives and tools that help our sales team win. Working closely with both our Chief Product Officer and Chief Revenue Officer, you'll partner to build the platform narrative that moves deals forward and accelerates pipeline.
You'll report directly to the CMO and partner closely with our existing PMM.
What You’ll Own:
Sales-Led Go-to-Market Support: Develop consistent, compelling narratives across the buyer journey. Partner with the CRO and sales leadership to understand pipeline challenges, create tools, and enable the GTM to accelerate deals.
Messaging & Positioning: Translate HiveMQ's platform capabilities into language that resonates with both technical and business buyers. Develop and maintain personas, value drivers, and messaging frameworks grounded in how our customers actually buy, and keep them current as the market evolves.
Product Launch Support: Collaborate with the broader PMM team on go-to-market launches, contributing the sales-side assets, internal readiness materials, and external messaging that bring new capabilities to market.
Content Creation: Write content that moves the needle - blog posts, solution briefs, customer-facing presentations, simple demos, and campaign assets.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Build a trusted, durable relationship with sales leadership and field teams. Be the PMM they call - responsive, practical, and fluent in how they sell. Work closely with Product to be the bridge between what they are building and what it means to the market.
What You Bring:
8+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, with meaningful time spent working directly alongside a sales team
A track record of creating sales tools that get used, not just delivered.
Familiarity with sales methodologies; experience with Command of the Message or similar frameworks is a strong plus
The ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, buyer-centric language without losing the substance
Strong writing skills; you produce compelling content yourself and have examples to prove it
Experience with persona development, value proposition design, and messaging frameworks
Self-motivated and execution-oriented; you can take a project from strategy to final asset with minimal hand-holding
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities evolve and speed matters
