Your role
We are looking for a full-time addition to join our Sales Development Representative team in Stockholm, Sweden.
You play an important role in the company’s strategic growth initiative. As front-line representative targeting technology-based fortune 500 as well as small and medium-size companies in Europe, you will help to ensure the desired positioning of our brand. You will act as brand ambassador for IamIP across meaningful channels – and clearing new paths, that will increase our chances of helping a wider range of high-tech companies. Your key responsibilities
- You focus on the right target audience to offer strategic advantage.
- You drive demand and generate lead in line with defined KPI’s.
- You offer a consistently great and relevant experience by prioritizing potential & existing customers’ needs and wants.
- You coordinate meetings between prospects and sales.
- You keep track of your activities in the CRM (salesforce) and make sure all informations and data are up to date.
- You work closely with cross functional teams such as marketing/sales and product management to establish key selling features for launches and campaigns.
Your profile
- You hold a degree in business administration, economics, business informatics or industrial engineering.
- You have gained 1+ years of experience in a goal-oriented B2B sales environment - ideally in a fast-driven SaaS company.
- Your ability to remain consistent and personalize outreach from the first touch point underlines your interpersonal communication skills - either in inbound prospecting or outbound lead generation.
- You maintain high levels of activity, including emailing, cold-calling, and other outreach.
- You can work effectively both independently and collaboratively across teams and are enthusiastic and eager to keep up with current events.
- You have a proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Your planning and organizational skills (acquainted with CRM systems and Microsoft office suite) are excellent and focus on a strategic, research-based approach.
- You have good interpersonal and communication skills through a variety of channels: Email, social media, phone, and web conferencing platforms.
- As front-line representatives, your commitment to ensuring development in line with defined brand objectives and KPI’s is vital.
- You speak and write fluent English. Any other European language is plus (German, French, Swedish, Dutch, Italian, etc...)
