What you'll do:
- Analyze configuration and usage data to surface product insights
- Build internal dashboards for customer success, product, and ops
- Help shape scoring models for cost/performance tradeoffs
- Collaborate with engineering to map data flows across infra, API, and UI
- Own metrics definitions, experiments, and alerting logic
What we're looking for:
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills (BigQuery, dbt, or similar)
- Comfort working with cloud metrics and billing data (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Experience defining KPIs and leading product analytics
- Curiosity, skepticism, and crisp communication
- (Bonus) Python, Looker/Mode/Metabase experience
