Your mission
This role is fully onsite in Berlin. We strongly believe the learning, collaboration, and exposure that make this role exciting happen in person.
At mama health, we’re building one of the largest patient data platforms in healthcare — helping pharmaceutical companies better understand the real experiences of people living with chronic diseases, and turning those insights into better decisions, products, and patient outcomes.
As a Working Student in Customer Success, you’ll support the team managing some of our most important pharma client relationships. You’ll work at the intersection of healthcare, AI, data, and strategy — helping transform patient insights into clear, actionable materials for global life science companies.
You will:
- Support the preparation of client-facing materials including presentations, summaries, insight reports, and strategic decks based on patient journey data from our platform.
- Explore and analyze data within the platform to help identify key findings and prepare for client discussions.
- Assist with onboarding sessions, client meetings, follow-ups, and internal project coordination.
- Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Data Science, Product, and Marketing teams to keep projects and deliverables moving.
- Help ensure clients get real value from the platform and a strong overall experience with mama health.
- Join client calls and strategic discussions as you grow into the role.
Your profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program.
- Organized, reliable, and highly detail-oriented.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Curious about AI, technology, healthcare, and data-driven decision making.
- Comfortable working with data and extracting insights in a structured way.
- Proactive and hands-on; you notice problems early and take ownership.
- Excited about working in a fast-moving startup environment with high standards and real responsibility.
- Able to reliably work 15–20 hours/week onsite in Berlin.
- German or Italian language skills.
- Experience with consulting-style work, presentations, or structured communication.
- Strong interest in healthcare, life sciences, or AI.
- Familiarity with tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Notion, or analytics platforms.
