Your mission
This role is on-site in Berlin.
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at mama health, you will play a key role in building the top of our commercial funnel across Europe. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential pharma and healthcare partners, generating qualified opportunities for our Account Executives, and helping establish mama health as the leading patient insights platform in healthcare.
This is a high-impact role for someone who is ambitious, highly driven, and excited to grow fast in a mission-driven AI healthcare startup.
You will:
- Own outbound prospecting across pharma and healthcare companies in Europe
- Identify and engage relevant decision-makers through email, LinkedIn, calls, and creative outreach strategies
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule high-quality meetings for the sales team
- Build and maintain strong prospect relationships throughout the early sales cycle
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and founders on messaging, targeting, and pipeline strategy
- Continuously test and improve outreach approaches, sequences, and conversion rates
- Maintain accurate CRM data and report on outreach performance and pipeline development
- Represent mama health with energy, professionalism, and curiosity in every interaction
Your profile
- 1–2 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, sales, or growth role at a tech or SaaS company is a strong plus
- Native or bilingual English skills are required
- German is a plus, but not required
- Based in Berlin or willing to relocate
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly motivated, proactive, and resilient — you enjoy outbound sales and thrive on hitting targets
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership
- Curious about healthcare, AI, and the future of patient-centric care
- Experience with outbound tooling, CRM systems, or sales automation tools is a plus

1) a Patient App that helps chronic patients find answers to their daily questions - using best in class multi-agent systems and proprietary data
2) a Patient Journey Analytics Platform to see real time patient needs, roadblock and what needs to be done to improve patients care
