quantilope is looking for a Client Development Manager. As a member of quantilope’s Client Development team, you will be a key figure in executing our client strategy across leading EMEA brands. You’ll have an opportunity to drive the strategic direction, retention and growth activities across key & core clients in close collaboration with quantilope’s Research Consulting team.

You will maintain a book of ~20 key & core accounts and ensure we are delivering value and driving adoption
You will be responsible for renewal and commercial relationship conversations including contract negotiations
You will develop proactive and ongoing partnership strategy plans to drive engagement and meet client expectations
You will provide overviews of quantilope capabilities to new and existing client stakeholders
You will drive engagement with clients to ensure adoption and consumption of the quantilope partnership
You will work in lock-step with multiple internal teams including quantilope’s Research Consultants, Marketing team, and Customer Solution Consultants to ensure we’re meeting all of the client’s business needs and market research goals
5+ years experience in market research or research tech / SaaS sales with organizations that have a heavy influence in services
experience selling to and/or partnering closely with Consumer Insights or Market Research professionals
Attention to detail and a sense of urgency in problem solving
Team player with excellent communication and active listening skills
Experience leading complex client conversations
self starter who is hands on and excited to provide an immediate impact
Coachable and eager to expand skills and knowledge around account management and sales
