You’re a creative and strategic marketing professional with a deep understanding of digital channels, SaaS dynamics, and customer journeys in B2B environments. You enjoy leading by example — balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You’re passionate about storytelling, data-driven decision-making, and inspiring teams to deliver impactful results.
As the Team Lead Marketing, you’ll manage a small team of two talented marketers (digital marketing manager and content strategist) while collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations and Product, to drive Customer Alliance’s growth and brand visibility across key markets.
