... is a tech startup based in the industrial region of Ostwestfalen-Lippe in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.
We are on a mission to lead the generational shift in the service of industrial machinery and equipment. To achieve this, we are building the first AI-powered knowledge platform that enables companies – from medium-sized machine manufacturers to global enterprises – to pass on the expertise of today’s service specialists to the next generation.
We launched in early 2022 in our home region and have been growing rapidly on an international scale ever since.

The position is full-time (40 hours per week) and can be performed remotely from anywhere in Germany. You will mainly work from your home office and travel to Herford or directly to our customers when needed.As a fast growing tech company, we bring together passion and expertise in software development, artificial intelligence, mechanical engineering and technical service. Your responsibilities include:
Lead qualification (inbound & outbound)
Initial outreach to leads (outbound)
Identifying potential customers (e.g. via LinkedIn, trade fairs, events, databases, CRM)
Targeted research on companies, decision-makers and pain points
Maintaining CRM systems
Close collaboration with marketing and sales teams
A completed degree or equivalent training in engineering, business or sales.
Proven initial success in sales or in introducing digital solutions to the (mechanical engineering) industry.
Passion for winning over new customers.
Practical experience in or strong interest in the field of industrial machinery and equipment service.
Bring Your Own Country: An existing network outside of Germany (Europe, USA or China).
Experience with or enthusiasm for working in a tech startup.
Willingness to travel and enjoyment of customer visits, industry events and networking activities.
Excellent English skills (German is a plus).
