The position is full-time (40 hours per week) and can be performed remotely from anywhere in Germany. You will mainly work from your home office and travel to Herford or directly to our customers when needed.

Your responsibilities in international sales:
Selling our digital product to machine manufacturers and operators – from mid-sized companies to global industrial corporations.
Guiding customers from initial contact to contract signing.
Acquiring new customers through cold outreach and networking.
Hybrid sales approach combining digital communication with traditional field sales.
Presenting our product in customer meetings as well as at industry events.
Contributing to the development of our international sales strategy, organization and activities.
A completed degree or comparable qualification in engineering, business or sales.
Proven initial success in sales or in introducing digital solutions to the (mechanical engineering) industry.
Passion for winning over new customers.
Practical experience in or strong interest in the field of industrial machinery and equipment service.
Bring Your Own Country: An existing network outside of Germany (e.g. Europe, USA or China).
Experience with or enthusiasm for working in a tech startup.
Willingness to travel and enjoyment of customer visits, industry events and networking activities.
Excellent English skills (German skills are a plus).
