To further drive our growth, we are looking for you as a Working Student Technical Sales / Presales (m/f/d).

The position is based at our site in Herford. A high remote share is of course possible.

What awaits you

Support the Sales and Presales team with technical questions and customer requirement analysis
Build, maintain, and continuously improve our knowledge bases and help center
Create and update documentation, FAQs, how-to guides, and troubleshooting articles
Provide technical guidance and interact directly with customers via email, chat, and calls during presales and support
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams and share customer feedback
Contribute to improving presales, support, and documentation processes

What we expect

You are enrolled at a university, ideally in a master’s program.
Your field of study is preferably technical, e.g. mechanical engineering.
You have initial practical experience (internships or a working student role) in a technical environment or in sales.
You have a strong passion for software solutions and enjoy working with international stakeholders.
You are interested in the topic of industrial machinery and equipment service.
You have very good English skills; German is a plus.
You work in a structured, independent and proactive way and show a high level of initiative.
