About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Partner Marketing Manager to shape our growth goals, plan and execute partner channels strategies and manage loyalty & referral programs for customers. In this role, you'll take ownership of enhancing and maintaining productive relationships with customers and partners. You’ll closely collaborate with the Marketing & Growth Lead, own partner projects and act as a key stakeholder between partners and internal teams. Your expertise in B2B SaaS marketing, partner channels, and data-driven decision-making will be essential for achieving our growth targets.
The start date is December 2024, the work location is Berlin, and the salary range starts at €55 gross / annum, based on relevant experience and qualifications. This position is available on a full-time basis.
What You Will Do:
Partner marketing strategies: Plan, execute, and performance of partner channels strategies along with close collaboration with the Marketing and Growth lead to drive growth.
Loyalty and referral program management: Create and manage loyalty & referral programs for customers. Maintain productive relationships with customers and partners.
Event marketing: Organise and connect our partners & customers in seminars, conferences and webinars that lead growth.
Project management: Lead the partner and customer projects and act as a key stakeholder between external and internal teams.
Analytical thinking: Analyze data across multiple partner channels and marketing methods to determine best practices for making tangible actions to drive growth.
Job requirements
Minimum qualifications:
3+ years of hands on experience in partner marketing
Native-level proficiency or business fluency in English
B2B SaaS marketing experience
Previous experience in conference, event and webinar plan & execution
Dynamic, creative, and entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent time management skills
Strong presentation, communication and relationship management skills
Open to traveling based on business needs
Bonus qualifications:
Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot
Experience with website user experience insights tools such as Hotjar
Experience with A/B testing tools such as Optimizely
Experience with CMS tools such as Webflow
