About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to join our Talent Acquisition team and support our hiring efforts. In this role, you will play a key part in our recruitment process by reviewing applications, sourcing new talent, and assisting with administrative tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment within an international B2B tech company.
The start date is December 2024, the work location is Berlin, and the salary range starts at €16 gross/hour, based on relevant experience and qualifications.
What You Will Do:
Application Review: Screen and review incoming applications to identify promising candidates for various roles.
Sourcing & Talent Outreach: Assist in sourcing potential candidates through social media, job boards, and professional networks.
Administrative Support: Help with scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication, and maintaining our applicant tracking system (Recruitee).
Collaboration: Work closely with our Talent Acquisition Manager to support ongoing hiring projects and recruitment initiatives.
Job requirements
Minimum qualifications:
Enrolled as a student in a relevant field (e.g., Business, HR, Psychology)
Interest in talent acquisition and recruitment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills in English
Bonus qualifications:
Previous experience in recruitment or HR support
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
Interest in the tech or start-up environment
