YOUR MISSION:
As the Senior International Expansion Manager (f/m/d)* at Parloa, your mission is to spearhead our global growth strategy and establish our presence in new markets. Your strategic leadership and hands-on approach will be instrumental in driving Parloa's expansion into new regions.
You will work closely with Sven.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Develop and execute international expansion strategies to enter new markets, including market research, analysis, and defining serviceable addressable markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to align on Go-to-Market (GTM) plans and execute successful market entry.
- Oversee the operational aspects of launching a new market, including compliance, hiring, marketing, and customer success.
- Identify and enter into strategic partnerships that contribute to the success of our growth strategy.
- Define and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on expansion progress.
- Create and maintain precise documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness in playbooks and strategic documents.
- Adapt to dynamic market conditions, navigate changing scopes of responsibility, and contribute to a culture that embraces change and delivers results
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Possess a bachelor's or advanced degree in a business-related or technical field. This educational foundation is critical to excel in the Senior Manager International Expansion role.
- Demonstrate a successful track record of guiding international expansion strategies. Your experience is key to navigating the complexities of entering new markets.
- Showcase your deep knowledge of diverse cultural and economic landscapes gained through international exposure. Your ability to adapt to a global context is paramount.
- Highlight your advanced negotiation skills, which are essential for establishing partnerships. Additionally, emphasize your proficiency in creating compelling business cases to drive decision-making and stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrate fluency in English, and possess proficiency in at least one other language. Multilingual abilities enhance your effectiveness in international contexts.

While not obligatory, possessing specific industry experience relevant to the role (e.g., technology sector expertise) can be advantageous. Industry-specific knowledge can facilitate the adaptation to the unique challenges of Parloa's expansion projects.
