YOUR MISSION:
Embark on an exciting journey as a (Senior) AI Bot Integration Manager (f/m/d)* at Parloa, where you'll play a pivotal role in providing technical expertise to our valued customers. As a key member of our dedicated Solutions Engineering team, you'll act as a bridge between engineering, customer success, and sales, contributing significantly to the triumph of the Parloa platform and customer projects.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Collaborate closely with customers and their technical teams to co-create innovative technical solutions.
- Offer expert consultation on diverse technical topics, including conversational AI, integrations, and voice bot logic.
- Engineer cutting-edge serverless web services using TypeScript and leverage Microsoft Azure's cloud systems to enhance our product.
- Utilize your JavaScript skills to implement customized voice bot logic, supporting the customer success team and their clients.
- Contribute to data analytics, providing clear insights and reports into customers' voice bots using Python, SQL, Kibana, PowerBI.
- Actively seek opportunities to enhance our product and contribute valuable insights to the product team.
Our Tech stack:
TypeScript, Microsoft Azure Cloud (e.g. Azure Function Apps, Azure Cosmos DB), JavaScript, Python, PowerBI/Kibana
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing (post-sales) solutions engineering/architecting or software development. Ideally in a B2B context.
- Keen interest in customer communication, digital voice assistants and other innovations, chatbots, and (Conversational) AI.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to "translate" between a technical and non-technical audience.
- Strong, diverse technical skills and a good understanding of Javascript (Typescript is a bonus) and cloud computing
- Knowledge of or eagerness to learn about SIP and VoIP-telephony related topics.
- Experience with or good knowledge of REST-API services and constructing REST requests.
- Ability to take ownership of a task from inception to completion; independent learner.
- Fluent (C1 or above) communication skills in German and English
Bonus points if you also bring the following to the table:
- Basic knowledge of conversational AI and NLU-related ML
- Containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes experience
